What should we see in N. Cali + Oregon?

We were incredibly lucky to take a road trip across America this summer when we moved from Orlando, Florida to Los Angeles, California. My fiancé and I were in L.A. for work, but will be hitting the road again next week. We will travel for about a month and a half before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia for six months.
While living across America can be hectic, we are so thankful for the chance to explore so many cities. I tend to do most of the planning when it comes to what we will see, eat, drink, and hike in these spots. One of my favorite ways of finding a new greasy spoon or scenic park is through recommendations via friends, family, social media, and readers of this blog.
