We’re already in love with the look West Elm released in its photos. DDK, a hospitality management and development company, will help the furniture company in the new endeavor. “There is a growing desire among modern travelers to immerse themselves in the place they are visiting,” DDK co-founder David Bowd explained. “They want a boutique experience, and expect great, reliable service that caters to their needs.”

The prices don’t sound too bad either. Standard rates start around $175 per night and grow to $400 for suites, according to media reports. Each site should have between 100 and 250 rooms. The expertly crafted rooms will bring in regional design elements including local art. But guests will be able to buy the pieces they truly love online. Cute hotel and shopping all in one place – sounds like the beginning of a beautiful vacation.
