Vacation Envy: Disney’s Frozen-inspired Norway trip
Do you ever see a friend’s vacation photos and think, “When can I go on that trip?”
We call that vacation envy. And we totally have it for Adventures by Disney’s Frozen-inspired Norway trip.
According to theme park officials, Disney travel specialists worked with Walt Disney Animation Studios artists to create an epic adventure that pulls ideas from Frozen. The tour of Norway is perfect for adventure-seeking families who loved Anna’s journey to find her sister, Elsa.
The trip is eight days and seven nights of Norway’s villages of Bergen, Flam, Geiranger and Oslo. Officials promise the trip only offers authentic experiences.
Here are some of the things you can do:
Visit Bergen, a real-life inspiration for the kingdom of Arendelle.
Have dinner in a “Bryggen-style” room with a view of the Bergen Harbor.
Meet storytellers, fishermen and farmers in the villages.
Explore the Fjord country by safari.
Hike across stunning terrains.
Visit the capital city of Oslo.
Raft down a river in Voss.
Practice Norwegian folk dancing.
See the stave churches that inspired the architecture in Frozen.
See stunning waterfalls, glaciers and fjords.
Try rainbow trout fishing.
Have you ever been to Norway? Did you see Frozen? Did it make you want to visit?
